The Preventions, Retention and Contingency Program (PRC) of Perry County is designed to provide benefits and services to low-income families to overcome immediate barriers that prevent the achievement of self-sufficiency by promoting work and personal responsibility.

Vehicle Repairs and Employment Relocation  APPLY NOW

PRC funding is ONLY for vehicle repairs, tires and relocation closer to your employment. Below is a list of items you will need before applying.


Vehicle Repairs and Tires

Last 30 days income or if you just started working a statement from employer with how many hours a week you will be working, rate of pay, your first day you start.

  • Valid Drivers License
  • Proof of insurance
  • Title of registration to vehicle
  • 3 Estimates for work to be done

Relocation for closer to employment

Last 30 days income or if you just started working a statement from employer with how many hours a week you will be working, rate of pay, your first day you start.


You will need to get a statement from your landlord with his name, address and signature stating the physical address you are trying to move to and how much of a deposit is required.
