ELIGIBILITY REFERRAL SPECIALIST I - FRONT DESK
- Starting rate $21.48
- Hours 8:00am - 4:00pm
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as a primary point of contact by assisting walk-in clients, answering calls, and responding to inquiries.
- Process applications, verifications, and case updates using Ohio Benefits and Compass.
- Interview clients and gather information to support eligibility and service needs.
- Perform administrative support tasks such as scanning documents, managing mail, and maintaining records.
- Connect individuals with community resources while ensuring accurate, timely service and regulatory compliance.
