The mission of the Income
Maintenance department is to
connect clients to food, cash,
and medical benefits that will
improve the individual’s or
family’s quality of life.
The Income Maintenance
department of Perry JFS is
responsible for helping clients
apply for the
Supplemental Nutrition
Assistance Program
(formerly known as food stamps),
Ohio Works
First (also known
as cash assistance), and
Medicaid.
If you would like to apply for
benefits, you can stop by Perry
JFS Monday through Friday 8 AM
until 3:30 PM to see an intake
worker or you can go to
http://odjfsbenefits.ohio.gov
to fill out an online benefits
application.
